Our newly Patented “Earthrings Ultra” is the gold standard in shaft grounding technology.

It is a 2-in 1 solution, that offers better Protection, Longer Life, and more Reliability than any other shaft grounding technology on the market today.

All Shaft grounding devices are exposed to grease/oil from electric motor bearing housings. This exposure accounts for the majority (99%) of damaging contamination, especially when it is mixed with air contamination thereby making it more abrasive and sticky.

This grease/oil can increase through time so that after a short while contact with the shaft is greatly reduced or completely stopped.

Not so for our “Earthrings Ultra” ring which uses a built in PTFE seal that protects the fibres from excessive grease and oil released from the electric motor bearing housing. Ensuring 99% protection if fitted on the outside and 100% contamination free protection on the inside of an electric motor.

NB:- Contrary to popular belief, grounding devices fitted internally are “Highly Detrimental” !

This is because they are more exposed to grease contamination, which is also the main contaminant (99%), as there are no internally fitted seals in the bearing housing to protect the flow of grease inside the motor, so grease travels internally first (speak to your electric motor repairer he will confirm this). And worse of all you cannot see excessive grease contamination internally ….so you cannot tell if your grounding device is still operating affectively. Earthrings Ultra solves this problem 100%.
